Cognitive Health Services
“Early, accurate diagnosis is the most powerful tool we have against Alzheimer’s and related dementias. Every plan we build starts there.”
At Be Well Memory Center, we provide patient-centered cognitive care that brings clarity, preserves independence, and enhances quality of life. Whether you are seeking answers about memory changes, a second opinion on a dementia diagnosis, or ongoing specialty care, our expert team is here to support you. Our services are designed for comfort, efficiency, and coordinated care so you receive attentive support in a safe, welcoming environment.
Memory and Dementia Evaluation
A thorough evaluation is the foundation of good memory care. Our specialists take a complete cognitive history and coordinate the testing needed for an accurate diagnosis, which may include cognitive assessments, blood work, genetic APOE testing, and brain imaging such as MRI and amyloid PET scans. You and your caregiver leave with clear answers and a plan.
Treatment for Early Alzheimer’s Disease
Be Well Memory Center was among the first providers in Nebraska to offer patients access to FDA-approved anti-amyloid therapies, including Leqembi® and Kisunla®. These treatments target amyloid plaques in the brain, a key contributor to Alzheimer’s disease, and have been shown to slow the progression of cognitive decline. Our specialists manage the full course of care, from initial consultation and candidacy evaluation through safety monitoring and follow-up imaging. For patients receiving infusion treatment, we collaborate with LUX Infusion, conveniently located in our shared clinical space, to provide coordinated clinical support and a seamless experience for patients and caregivers. Ongoing Dementia Care
Memory conditions change over time, and care should too. We provide ongoing specialty visits, annual cognitive care planning, medication review and management, behavioral symptom support, and advance care planning. Care is available in person or by telehealth and is coordinated with your primary care doctor.
Caregiver Support
Caring for a loved one with memory loss is demanding work. We offer caregiver education, practical training, and a caregiver support hotline because supporting the caregiver is part of caring for the patient.
